LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!

Do you want to experience all 4 seasons and have beautiful summers full of trout fishing and

golfing?  If you don't like the heat, this is the area for you.  Navajo and Apache counties are side by side and the weather, landscapes, and amenities are similar. The Show Low area is appropriately named the White Mountains. The highs in the summer are in the 80's and a snowstorm can drop a foot of snow. These are small communities. Snowflake has the 6th top school district in the state. If you like to ski, go to Sunrise Ski Resort in picture-perfect Greer. The fishing and hiking is plentiful in these counties. Pinetop and Lakeside offers golf courses and lakes. Want to be close to the Petrified Forest (this background picture) and Painted Desert and see the raging Grand Falls in the spring? Remember the picture of Grand Falls on the homepage (it is actually in Coconino county, but that is close to here). The Show Low area has employment opportunities and Navajo County has lots of job openings in Holbrook. Graceland Management and Legacy Beverage offer job opportunities in Winslow. Property values tend to be lower in these areas than in the Phoenix valley. You can even find properties that have petrified wood and fossils on them. The Navajo Nation offers tours to unique places like mystical Antelope Canyon (also in neighboring Coconino county) and historical places like Navajo National Monument. Stop at the Amigo Cafe in Kayenta.

Do you want to have your own Air BnB on a lake?  This is a nice area for an airbnb as residents from the Phoenix valley frequent this area in the summer for cooler temperatures and skiing in the winter. The landscapes in this county vary drastically. There are high desert plains with properties with acreage. Or you can have a cabin in a meadow surrounded by pine trees or land with views and juniper trees. The majority of the northern parts of the counties are reservation land. You will find the little Colorado river here and lots of ranches and wildlife. Show Low actually got it's name from a card game called Seven Up where one owner said to the other, if you can show low, you win. The winner showed the duece of clubs and the loser had to move away to give the other owner more space. The winner named the area Show Low. The main drag is called Duece of Clubs. If you want space, you can find it in these counties! Call me and let me know what your dream is and I will find you something you will love. Or fill out the contact form below telling me what you like to do and what your price range is.  If you have a home or property you would like to list on the MLS for top dollar or you need a fast cash offer, reach out to me.
