Salt River horses Arizona

Sporting events galore! Concerts! Gaming venues! Shopping! Night clubs! Casinos! Manufacturing plants! Water parks! Restaurants! The Phoenix valley in Maricopa County has all this and so much more. But where do you want to live in Maricopa County? Let me help you with these suggestions.

Want to be close to everything while having a view of it all? The valley sits at 1086 elevation while there are lots of suburbs and surrounding mountains where you can live in the foothills just a little higher and have views all around.  Try the north valley like north Scottsdale near Pinnacle Peak or Thompson Peak. You will love Cave Creek or Carefree at the base of the Mazatzal mountains with miles of hiking and trail riding and close to Lake Pleasant for skiing and fishing. Or get a little further out to the east with views of the Four Peaks mountain range and close to the Salt river for tubing and Saguaro and Canyon lakes. You could go trailriding from your property. If you want horse property with irrigation rights so you have your own grass for grazing, you’ll like Mesa and Gilbert. The southwest valley has picture perfect Estrella Ranch with upscale properties on a lake with mountain views. Did I mention there is no snow to shovel? Average weather in the summer is in the 100's, sometimes over 110 with shorts weather in the winter. Love to golf? There are plenty of golf courses and active retirement communities to choose from like Leisure World and Sun City..

Or perhaps you would like to own an air BnB in Scottsdale near art galleries. There are many colleges to choose from to attend or to work at. Family-friendly Buckeye has the #8 top school district in the state according to backgroundchecks.org. In the summer you can cool off at Lake Pleasant or the salt river or Saguaro lake or drive an hour or two away to get into a cooler climate altogether. In fact, many people work in Phoenix and drive an hour to get outside of the city to live where they have room for their horses, boats, ATV's. But most don't realize they can live 40 minutes from  Scottsdale and be 8 to 10 degrees cooler at the base of a mountain with miles of hiking and nearby lakes and waterfalls (call me and I'll tell you where)

If you are not ready to retire, my suggestion would be to visit one of these employment sites and choose where you would like to work and then give me a call and I can send you listings that are close to employment opportunities that offer an amazing Arizona experience. www.indeed.com www.careerbuilder.com

Stay at Castle Hot Springs and explore Maricopa county and neighboring Yavapai county.  A hot spring that doesn't require a resort stay is El Dorado Hot Springs. Decorate your new home with southwestern decor from Hi Jolly gift shop in Mesa or Big Bronco in Cave Creek or Urban Southwest in Phoenix. The Phoenix valley has whatever cuisine pleases your palate. If you like Japanese, try the Nobuo at Teeter House or if you like a small-town feel in the middle of the city, visit Vovomeena or for authentic Mexican food visit Los Dos Molinos. Visit the musical instrument museum in Phoenix or the Phoenix Zoo or the Aquarium or historical museum in Mesa. You will never run out of things to do here. Properties range from affordable (like Glendale or Wickenburg) to ultra luxurious. Call me and let me know your price range and I'll suggest areas or complete the contact form below. If you have a home or property you would like to sell fast for a cash offer or you want to list on the MLS for top dollar, reach out to me.
